A garden on the roof top anyone?

When it comes to architecture, Koreans are creative. Almost every apartment building in Korea has a roof top to grill or to relax on. A lot of people use theirs as a miniature golf or other type of sport related creation. But one that stands out is the one at Ak-plaza downtown Pyeongtaek. It is not a miniature golf course or any type of sports related concoction. It is a garden on the roof of a shopping plaza. After a long day of shopping, many Koreans head to the last floor for some down time and chill air from what seems to be one of the highest points in the city. It offers a spectacular view to the city. See picture and video below.
