Gangnam is one of the most beautiful places in Seoul. I like to go there on my weekends as often as I can. I explore by walking around. One of the most amazing places to visit in Gangnam is Ttukseom resort. It is right next to a beautiful river with boat rides, water skying and many other activities. However, since it’s winter here, the river is frozen and it looks amazing. I sat on the edge of the river staring at the frozen ice as birds flew above me searching for something to eat. Above it, a rustling sound is heard every five minutes as the trains come and go.
It is a beautiful site to behold. Everything around the area was frozen. But the day was very sunny so the snow and ice was slowly melting. The kids and their parents were playing and building small snow men while other kids ran behind them crushing their creation as they chased the pigeons around. It was a beautiful day. I took a few pictures, sat by the river and started thinking……….

How funny, I'm in Gangnam now just reading this post! The shopping is amazing and CRAZY, I will definitely return to check out the scenic environment.
